Amazing Art from Ukraine - Sand Drawing.

This is amazing!
A new kind of art.
She is such a talented Ukraine artist.
Every move of hers on stage
with the help of the dramatic music
griped my heart
and I wanted to know what
was next!

... her interpretation of Germany's invasion
and occupation of Ukraine during WWII.

I got so emotional
my tears just kept coming down.
World Peace
stop the war!

Slick Stools for State-of-the-Art Seating

From Russia.
Milla Rezanova's La Roche Concept Chair
... its elongated and angular silhouette reminds
me
of the sexy stiletto heels.

Architecture - Entrance Doorway

Upper East Side
Entrance Door

I have a passion for doors and windows ...

In architecture, the facade of a building is often the most important from a design standpoint, as it sets the tone for the rest of the building.

This weekend while I was walking in my neighborhood, I decided to take pictures of the entrance gates and doors that caught my attention.

The front entrance is so important for a building, it tells a story, it reflects who are the people living there; and one could see much attention and budget have given for the front entrances from these by-gone era's-architects and owners.

second Green front door I came across ...

by far the most ornate entrance I came across today ...

Beautiful Living - Dinner for Two

Dinner 4 Two
Making dinner together on Friday evening can be fun if both are into eating and cooking. Standard Manhattan-kitchen is small, 2 persons dancing and cooking and singing and talking and making every excuses to sipping wine can be hilarious. Thanks God it is Friday!
Preheat oven at 400F.
  • Seasoned chicken with sea salt, olive oil, black peppers and oregano. Placed in a roasting pan, sprinkled chopped onion as shown in picture.
  • Mix orange juice, wine, lemon juice and hot chillie and poured over chicken.
  • Cooked chicken for 25 minutes. Glazed chicken with the juice in the pan. Then turn chicken around and sprinkle fresh orange peels around the chicken. Cooked for another 15 minutes; then turn the chicken around, and glazed more with the juice. Cooked for another 10 mins.
While waiting for chicken to cook, prepare saffron rice and salad.
Whole process, an hour.

Voila!
